Nick was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the 2014 jeep cherokee we purchased. When we went on the test drive he was courteous and allowed silence to listen for any problems. Also allowed me to check engine oil and engine compartment extensively. I did not feel rushed at all working with this dealership and I am confident the vehicle will be on the road for many years to come.

I live almost 3 hrs away and saw the 2024 ralli art and Called Scott. I told Scott the situation. Paid for son's wedding , flew daughter in for wedding plus hotel and rental, and on top of that I had surgery amd my dog was sick. So needless to say my finances wasn't great. Told him I wanted an "out the door price" Not a penny more when I get there. Scott amd his team made this whole process about as seamless as you can get. Everything was done when I got there. I previously rated this service department 1 star. After working with Service manager Mark Williams, I was able to have my vehicle serviced in a way that worked with my schedule. I really appreciate how detailed the reports are at every visit, and the service staff are always friendly and professional. That said, I was expecting more from a dealership experience. My visits don’t feel much different from a regular service station, and I had hoped for something more personalized and specialized. I assumed a dealership would be able to service my vehicle in ways that other shops couldn’t. On my most recent visit, I brought up a specific issue, but I was told no diagnostic could be done and that I would need to go to another dealership. This location is already far from me, and it’s the closest one available, so that was frustrating. At this point, I’m considering finding another place to service my vehicle moving forward.

I received great response time and feedback from Jayson, my sales associate after inquiring about a vehicle online. While the vehicle that brought me to Antwerpen didn’t meet my needs, Jayson was patience and attentive to my needs and made a recommendation that made sense. I was shown a 2020 VW Atlas CrossTour with a CLEAN CarFax report. I purchased the vehicle and was in and out in a few hours. At the time of purchase I shared concern about the tires on the vehicle as there was unbalanced wear on front vs rear tires. I was told by the Sales Manager, Nemo, that the tires met inspection criteria. A few days later, after driving the vehicle I shared that there was front end vibration and that there was unreported damage/repair to the left driver’s side rear door which was NOT shared or reported on the CarFax report. Nemo said there was nothing they could do about it. Regarding the front end vibration, Service Manager Mark, acknowledged the unbalanced wear on the tires and offered to balance and rotate the tires to attempt to correct. Upon completion of service the vibration, still from the tire wear, moved from the front to the rear of the vehicle when driving. Sales manager/General Manager explained that because the tires passed inspection they could only offer to sell me discounted tires on a purchase I made with questionable tires. Between the tires/vibration and the INCORRECT CarFax report this was a very disappointing experience. I would not return to purchase or recommend Antwerpen Mitsubishi in Randallstown, MD.

Stopped in, was told I had approval, came back with my down payment ready for the car, just to be told I actually don’t have approval unless I get a smaller car that I explicitly said I did not want. Ran me around and wasted my time for 4 hours just to not actually be approved as said, I’m confused as to how I was even given a pencil if the numbers didn’t add up/approval. Excellent attitude from the sales rep, but very misleading and disappointing all in all. Will definitely not be returning.

Sold me a truck that wasn’t inspected. Bald tires with a plug in the sidewall worn out windshield wipers tire pressure low no washer fluid warped front rotors and rear shocks need replaced. Transmission needs update and also has a recall.

2 days ago I went in to sell my outlander and was offered a price I said I couldn’t take and walked away. The next day the sales rep called me and said come in and we will take care of you at the price you want and I couldn’t make it yesterday so I called the manager Mitch and said I will come today and he said it’s fine. I walked in today both the sales rep and manager Mitch weren’t there and I was told we don’t buy cars at that price and etc it’s our policy. I’m very disappointed in the service I received. Horrible customer service. Also they have blocked my number and they want me to contact them. I don’t recommend no one to go here.

I really wish giving zero stars was an option. Everyone knows that they’re not a lot of Mitsubishi dealerships around so I called this location since it’s closer to me. I spoke with Charles who said he was the dealership manager. I explained to him that I keep getting a notification on my dashboard — “Airbag System Service Required” and I’m very concerned because I have a child and Mitsubishi has an active air bag recall on several cars (it was posted on the website). Charles said it was $ 180 for diagnostics. I said “$ 180 to check my air bags when there is a potential recall? He said “We don’t work for free” and “it’s probably because of the age of my car” WHAT? I’m not calling because I hear a strange noise or I have a slow leak in my tire!! This is an air bag issue which is a safety issue ESPECIALLY because I have a child!! How insensitive and rude!! This conversation was so disappointing and to get this type of customer service from someone who said he is the dealership manager is crazy!!!

I originally gave 5 stars but with recent developments things have changed this is because I got my car inspected in Pennsylvania. The breaks were done incorrectly. They are saying that my mechanic did this. I am displeased with this as its a very expensive repair and I've had the car two weeks and don't think spending 2000 dollars is ok.
