My visits don’t feel much different from a regular service station, and I had hoped for something more personalized and specialized. I assumed a dealership would be able to service my vehicle in ways that other shops couldn’t. On my most recent visit, I brought up a specific issue, but I was told no diagnostic could be done and that I would need to go to another dealership. This location is already far from me, and it’s the closest one available, so that was frustrating. At this point, I’m considering finding another place to service my vehicle moving forward. ”

I have verified this transaction through my bank statements, which show the exact date and amount of the deposit paid to your dealership. This situation is both concerning and unacceptable, as I fulfilled my obligation in good faith and now face difficulty recovering my funds. I respectfully request that you conduct a thorough review of your payment records and internal systems to locate this transaction. I am prepared to provide documentation from my bank to support my claim if needed. Please understand that if this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue further action, which may include filing a dispute with my bank and submitting a formal complaint to the appropriate consumer protection agencies. “ These people are "thieves". I went there 2 years ago was given a quote, asked if this was all owed on the vehicle was told it was. Paid half down. Which left 8,000.00. After I got set at the table 2000 was mysteriously added. Found out it was extended warranty which is optional. I reached out to them I talked to Shaun on the phone but my childs name was placed first. They would have gotten full payment for the vehicle by the end of the month. I'm in the market for a vehicle The Most High answered my prayers. I was unsurprisingly not happy with the vehicle and prayed to get another. I will never let another car dealership scam me again. Now you have a chance to make it right ✅️ ”

“ Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. You assume that going to a dealer would mean that your services would be top tier. I felt as though I was dealing with a back ally mechanic. Julie Brown in the service department was unpleasant to work with from the initial appointment to the day which the service work was actually completed. Mrs. Brown's behavior towards me was very unacceptable, rude, and unprofessional. Eventually I was able to speak to the manager Mark who provided a more positive, knowledgeable, and patient experience. Taking everything into consideration I will say that the cashier upfront along with Nickolas in the sales department provided me with an exceptional customer service experience. I strongly advise that they educate their employees on enhancing customer retention and CSAT. As for me I will not be returning. ”

“ Stopped in, was told I had approval, came back with my down payment ready for the car, just to be told I actually don’t have approval unless I get a smaller car that I explicitly said I did not want. Ran me around and wasted my time for 4 hours just to not actually be approved as said, I’m confused as to how I was even given a pencil if the numbers didn’t add up/approval. Excellent attitude from the sales rep, but very misleading and disappointing all in all. Will definitely not be returning. ”

“ Sold me a truck that wasn’t inspected. Bald tires with a plug in the sidewall worn out windshield wipers tire pressure low no washer fluid warped front rotors and rear shocks need replaced. Transmission needs update and also has a recall. ”

“ 2 days ago I went in to sell my outlander and was offered a price I said I couldn’t take and walked away. The next day the sales rep called me and said come in and we will take care of you at the price you want and I couldn’t make it yesterday so I called the manager Mitch and said I will come today and he said it’s fine. I walked in today both the sales rep and manager Mitch weren’t there and I was told we don’t buy cars at that price and etc it’s our policy. I’m very disappointed in the service I received. Horrible customer service. Also they have blocked my number and they want me to contact them. I don’t recommend no one to go here. ”
